Hypnosis is a natural state of mind; people are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk out of the room at any moment. Unless you enter a deeper state, you may not seem any different, just very relaxed. Most people are surprised at just how relaxing it is.

Hypnosis  is very safe and depends upon your willingness to be receptive and responsive to suggestions given to you. Hypnosis will not make you do anything that you do not want to do. You are always in control. Hypnosis is a means of enhancing mind and body control.

During hypnosis you are in complete control of what you choose to reveal or conceal. Therefore you will not reveal to the hypnotherapist any secrets that you do not wish to share.

A session will begin with thinking and talking about what you hope to achieve. Additionally, you will work with the hypnotherapist to learn root causes and triggers for your emotions. Then, following the hypnotherapist’s instructions you will be guided into a highly relaxed, hyper-aware state. Your hypnotherapist will begin to speak directly to your subconscious to challenge your negative beliefs.
